Wonderful location, excellent view if you have direct or indirect view of the lake.. spotlessly clean.. awesome pool.. and last but not the least - wonderful super helpful staff.. will come back again if I get a chance..

Featuring a restaurant and a wellness area, Hotel Florence offers accommodation in the heart of Bellagio and only steps away from Lake Como shores. Perfect hotel in the heart of Bellagio. Room was exactly as in pictures with the perfect view of the lake from both balconies. Staff were amazing to all our needs and requests. Restaurant was amazing and it is a 5 min walking distance from main ferry station and bus station and directly in front of the secondary ferry station. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was great with a wide selection. Couldn’t recommend higher and definitely my go to stay here in Bellagio.

The hotel is amazing - great view, large and cozy rooms, everything was extremely clean and the staff were super friendly. Great value for money and we had an amazing stay.
